The sheets are nice but very wrinkly and overpriced.

I received a pillow as a gift from my granddaughter, and wanted to exchange it for a quilted throw. All arrived promptly as I took the pillow to UPS with labels received by email.
The throw was lovely but the color not quite what I expected. Customer service responded to my emails promptly and made my exchange for another color incredibly easy.

The Breeze is absolutely a cooling comforter that is very well made. I always get hot and miss the feel of a comforter. Happy to report it lives up to the hype and marketing. Worth every penny

Buffy Cloud comforter is soft and breathable. Sheets and pillowcases are not good. The colours don't match, despite getting the same labelled colour and they wrinkle super easily after washing, even with dryer sheets and fabric softeners. Would not recommend the accessories, but the main comforters are good. The customer service is really efficient if you need to exchange/refund items.

Been a week and comforter hasn’t shipped- cannot get an answer as to where it is and when I can expect it. Have bought before but had to leave behind in a move. Was cooling, but not washable which is rough when you are training a puppy. Buffy replaced it- but the fill gets extremely clumpy. Their 7 day trial seems to start when they ship the comforter- not when it’s delivered?!

I loved the ad that said it would be cool and great for someone who gets hot flashes at night. NOT true. It's the hottest comforter I own. And super slippery fabric covering it makes it feel like I'll fall out of my bed when I sit on the edge of my bed in the comforter. I hear their sheets are good, though...I do not recommend the comforters.

IMO this is a Amazon for blanket! Not only the product meets expectation, but the customer service is also top notch.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GREAT CSR POLICY

I bought their comforter with the 30 days try-out. Unfortunately it was to warm for me, but the customer service when I wanted to return it was amazing. Instead of them being annoyed that I wanted to return it, they where amazingly friendly, and even offered that I could drop it of at a homeless shelter instead of returning it (and still get a full return) - what a great concept!

They even helped me find addresses for homeless shelters in my neighborhood. Unfortunately, I didn't succeed with that option but that wasn't a problem and they just sent me a return label instead (with no costs for me). AND my refund was processed the day after I had sent it.

So thanks to Buffy (and their very friendly employee, Kyle) for showing me that some companies actually still provide amazing customer service.
